Based on our extensive experience in professional services we are able to develop specific professional courses tailor made to your requirements. The following course outlines are from courses I have delivered previously, based on a perceived need in the market, mostly to ensure theory can be transferred easily into practice. The ultimate objective and aims of any course should be to expand the knowledge and understanding of participants and also to provide the tools and ideas on how to effectively implement or enhance the existing systems and structures at their organizations after the completion of the course.

We therefore place heavy emphasis on using practical examples, mostly from personal experience, to make the courses more interesting and interactive. To ensure courses meet the needs of participants we analyze the background of participants on enrolling so that we incorporate useful examples in the course which are aligned with participant's experience. Where it concerns in house training we will complete a user need analysis first, to ensure the course is designed specifically to meet your requirements.
